Blog Tag

Blog-tag has been started by Jeff Pulver as a game for a Virtual Cocktail Party. The purpose of the game is for your blog readers to know you better. Jeff Pulver's version only shares 5 things about himself that few of his friends know. Since the blog-tag has really gone a long way, the list of things that you can share with your blog readers have also been increased. If you think your blog readers need to know more than 5 things about you then you can always choose to have a higher number.

Same rules still applies. Here how it goes:

Share 8 things that your readers don’t know about you. Then at the end, tag 8 other bloggers to keep the fun going.

  • Each blogger must post these rules first.
  • Each blogger starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
  • Bloggers who are tagged need to write on their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
  • At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
  • Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog

Hassle sa Muscle

Thank God its Saturday! at least the week is finally over for the team... so many things (note: stressful things) happened to our team this week, and i don't want to enumerate it... (baka ma-stress lang me lalo)...

sabi nga ni coach shei "tama na yan, inuman na!"
Thanks coachie, i'll take your advice! hehehe

Well, we are hoping next week the luck is with us... (pambawi man lang sa hassle na nangyari ngayong linggo...)

Team Building...

Yehey! at last the waiting is finally over! We had our meeting earlier and we discussed our upcoming teambuilding. Yup! you heard it right i'm gonna spend time na with my first team ever! (YIPEE)

The team have a lot of ideas to share which makes me excite more...
We are planning to have it on Oct 27-28 in a resort somewhere in Subic (Elmer is in charge of looking for a nice place since malapit yun sa place nila), Nick suggested Fontana Resort, he even called the resort na nga nung pagkasabi nya na dun na lang (galante ang lolo mo! dami load! hehehe)

Unfortunately, accdg to him, we need to rent a room in villa for us to use the pool (which is for sure, mahal). Ayun, so we ended dun sa Subic...
Hay! really, ngaun pa lang i'm so excited na... out of town, away from work, and for sure we will have so much fun! (wish ko lang wlang bagyo... hehehe)

Life in the Morning

Ganito pla ang feeling kapag morning shift ka:

  • Wlang traffic pag papasok ka ng office (hello traffic 3AM? A.S.A)

  • Ang bilis makagutom

  • Sulit ang tulog sa gabi

  • Ang init pag-labas mo ng office

  • May time ka pa gumimik after work...

ANG SAYA!!! Ü

Be a Huge Success

  • Follow your passion. Try to drop tasks you don’t like. “Successful people focus most on the things they enjoy,” says Marcus Buckingham, author of The One Thing You Need to Know. Then…

  • Jump in. If you’re interested in a project, ask to get involved, no matter how small a role you play.

  • Find a buddy. See if you can team up with someone to divvy up preferred duties. “The person who hates giving presentations might be happier doing the prep work,” notes Buckingham.

  • Be strategic. “Think about how every task you do will benefit you,” explains Buckingham. For example, If I organize these files, my boss will have everything at her fingertips and I’ll have a less stressful day.

Meeting the Team...

WHOA! God this is it... I'm going to handle my first ever team, The Praying Monkeys...

When i heard that i'm gonna handle them, i felt happy, excited, and somehow nervous (well maybe because its my first time... hehehe)

We had our first formal meeting earlier, so far so good... they are nice and fun to be with... Actually I am looking forward on my first team building with them... (can't wait!)

Hope to have more fun memories with you guys!

Keep Rockin'!

Goodluck Boss Jani! (mwah!)

Joel's despedida

Last Saturday, Joel had his “padespedida”. He invited Gelai, Papi Lloyd. Amar, and me.
It’s his last day since he will have his flight back to China the next day; we met at Gerry’s grill in J. Vargas.

I receive a call from Amar, informing me that they were waiting for me and Gelai since it’s already 9am and we are not yet arrived (mga pasaway naman kasi hindi nagte-text).

When we got there, Amar, and Joel together with his gf Irish starting their session na…

Tamang kwentuhan (si Joel kasi kinukwento nya yung mga experiences nya sa China)…

Then we called Yen (kaka-miss lalo na magkakasama ang barkada) unfortunately we don’t have the chance to talk to her ng maayos kasi napuputol ung line…

Tamang Chill din, we only consume 4 buckets of beer (pampaantok lang), then Joel ordered sisig and adobo shreds. (panalo!)

Nakaka-miss lang kasi ang tagal bago kami ulit nabuo (actually hndi rin kami nabuo since Yen was not there)…

We are looking forward after 30 days kasi magkikita-kita ulit kmi pag-uwi ni Joel…

According to him next time sagot na nya lahat! hehehe
